Eastburn: Gorgeous 2-bed cottage near St Andrews

Eastburn Cottage was created from our lovingly converted 200 year old cart shed. On 13 acres of grounds accessed via a 400 metre track, Braeside Farm is tranquil yet a 10-15 minute drive to St Andrews and less than an hour from Edinburgh Airport. Eastburn is a 2 bedroom cottage with a kitchen and living room upstairs and a master bedroom (en suite) and smaller bedroom (with a triple bunk bed), bathroom and WC downstairs. Front door is at the top of the steps in the gable. A car is required. The space Six miles from St Andrews and its many golf courses and beaches along with Crail, Elie, Anstruther and a number of other fishing villages you are well placed for golfing, surfing, walking, running and road biking with breath taking beaches and cycling routes. Guest access Washing and drying facilities together with storage for golf clubs, bikes, surf boards etc and a larger fridge/freezer for those longer stays in an adjoining building.
