Maiz'In - 330 m2 large capacity in South Burgundy

Our first Maiz'In located in Burgundy for up to 48 people: A superb old stone lime oven of 250 m2 in the middle of a 2 ha park. Completed by a cottage (70m 2) and a bed and breakfast (15m 2) 50m from the main building. Isolated in Burgundy, first shops less than 10 min away (Intermarche, McDonalds...) A complex ideally designed for a friendly stay with friends or family, for a weekend or a week. The space Our Maizin was thought out and imagined for entertainment with a large number of amenities: The rate indicated per night is for the entire building, i.e. 34 beds. 1 living room of 60 m2 fully equipped with bar, beer printer, sound system (limit at 85db), lights, ice maker, beerpong tables, foosball, video projector... 1 Games Room of 40 m2 with pool table, poker table, XXL TV (140 cm), board games, darts, sofas, Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch. 1 kitchen of more than 40m2 completely redone in 2021 with all the doubled appliances: 2 ovens, 2 microwave, double sink, three fridges of 300L each... with squeegee device, multi-crepe party, fondue device, Nespresso machine... A main building with 4 bedrooms including a 1 bedroom 1 gite with 1 bedroom and a bed and breakfast for groups of 35 people - Bedroom 1 (main building) - 10 beds: 1 bunk queen size double beds and 1 warmly built-in double bunk 1 bunk bed 1 bathroom with shower and toilet (not en-suite) - Bedroom 2 (main building) - sleeps 6: 2 queen double beds (including one on the mezzanine) 1 bunk bed 1 bathroom with shower and toilet (not attached and to be shared with bedroom 3) - Bedroom 3 (main building) - sleeps 4 1 double bed 1 bunk bed 1 bathroom with shower and toilet (not attached and to share with room 2) -Dortoir (main building) - 14 beds 2 double bed 2 Queen bed size 3 bunk beds 1 bathroom with shower and toilet (not en-suite) And for groups of more than 34 people and according to the final number: - Gite (with kitchen) - sleeps 9 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 1 mezzanine with 1 queen size Double bed 1 Queen size bed in living room 1 sofa bed in living room 1 bathroom with shower and toilet - Bed and Breakfast - Sleeps 5 1 double queen size bunk bed 1 single bed 1 private bathroom with toilet Bed linens and towels are provided. Custodian present on site. Rates for the entire main building, i.e. 35 beds (the cottage and guest room are open only for groups of more than 35 people and depending on the final number).
