Beautiful bright apartment at the foot of Bas Sablons beach with exceptional views of the sea, the ramparts of Saint Malo, the marina. The 30 m2 accommodation is very well equipped, comfortable, and is located in the historic district of Saint Servan. The place is great for 2 or 3 people but can sleep 4 people. The place is rated 3 stars. The space The accommodation is located on the second floor of a 3-story building. The apartment is composed of a bedroom closed by sliding doors (a large 160 cm bed + dressing furniture set + window), a fully equipped kitchen with window (oven, induction cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, small appliances...), a bathroom/toilet with shower + heated towel rail, a living room with TV, table/chairs, 160 cm or 80 cm sofa bed + an 80 cm armchair that converts to a bed with 2 windows, one with exceptional views of the Corsair city of Saint Malo, the beach and the marina (view of beautiful sunsets from the living room). This place has a private cellar in the basement with direct access to the beach promenade level. This cellar is ideal for storing your bikes, paddleboard, kayak or other, during your stay. A large free public parking is located close to the apartment (15 meters away): Place Monseigneur Duchesne. A bus stop (line 8) is a short walk from the building. The city center and other BUS lines are within a 5-minute walk. Guest access The ferry terminal is 1.9 km away, towards the Cité Corsaire (15 or 20-minute walk), the SNCF TGV station is 2.6 km away, served by many BUS lines including line 8 which stops a few steps from the building.
