The space The Villa is located in a plantation with rotational plantations like ginger, tapioca, yam, etc along with pepper and coffee in a village called Kaniyambetta, 12 kilometers away from Kalpetta, the district head quarters. The property is just one kilometer off the main road from Kozhikode to Mananthavady. The same road is used as Kozhikode Bangalore main road during night time due to the night traffic ban in wildlife national park areas.
