Asri in Indonesian language means beautifully chic, leafy and peaceful scenery. Asri Garden Studio is a harmonious hybrid of Japanese and Balinese design. Located at Adelaide beautiful leafy suburb of Kensington Park; only 5 km from city centre. The space Asri Garden Studio has a complete kitchenette with stove, microwave, and washing machine. Queen size bed, lounge, and dining area. It's equipped with AC reversed cycle, and a Japanese inspired bath and shower. All room have garden view, deck, and warmth of the timber surrounding. Located about 5 km from the cbd of Adelaide, Asri Garden Studio sits nestled on the backyard of my main house. Architecturally designed Asri Garden Studio offers a chance to retreat and relax after the hustle and bustle of city Centre and/or a day exploring trip in the hills or wineries. The surrounding environment is tranquil and peaceful secluded from the main road. AGS is located in the green lush suburb of Kensington Park; on the foot of hillside side of Adelaide, an ideal point for exploring the renowned Adelaide Hills like Sterling, Aldgate, Woodside, Cleland, Hahndorf ,and many others. The Asri Garden Studio is created for chic nomads to enjoy Adelaide. From start to finish, the studio project has been about nature/ garden. A quiet design taking inspiration from Japanese architecture; the design is natural and elegant, using natural materials such as wood on the floor, ceiling and wall of the bathroom, natural lights flooding in from tall glass doors and windows bringing the sunshine and the outside nature in. If you want to experience living in the local home and appreciate a quiet sharing with the hosts this is the place for you. (Charlotte) Rules to adhere: No smoking at all; smoking is not allowed in the building or on the grounds. Guests are expected to be considerate of the neighbours when they enter and leave the building. Noise levels need to reduce by 10pm please. The apartment will be clean and tidy when you arrive. Guest access This gorgeous Balinese and Japanese inspired cottage is located at the back of my main house, secluded from the main road, with its own private entrance. You will share the backyard with the host, though most likely the host will leave you in your own privacy most of the time. You will be walked through the property upon checking, and a copy of your ID will be shown and photocopied for verification at check in. Other things to note The hostess will live in the main house but will keep the guests' privacy. Birds love venturing in the tress and bushes of our garden, and at times local possums drop in, they will be part of the garden too. Please note: Parking is off street around the property and it’s free. Cleaning occurs at the end of the stay. For longer stay guests, linen is changed weekly.
