ALPE D'HUEZ-4/5p stunning views - Skis on your feet

This cozy nest facing south, quiet and with stunning views of the mountains, is ideal for holidays with family or friends. Less than a 10-minute walk from the center of Alpe d'Huez, you will be close to activities and amenities. A ski lift is attached to the residence, you just have to put on your skis and let yourself be transported to the top of the signal, and contemplate the magnificent panorama of the resort. I will be happy to host you for a great stay. The space I offer my cocooning accommodation for a relaxing vacation. Close to the center but quiet, you can do anything on foot. Nearby you will find a bakery, a Sherpa for your shopping, the tourist office, a deli/cheese shop, swimming pools and all the other activities offered by the resort (sports hall/spa/pubs...). You can come back to eat between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. and sit on the balcony with a south-facing view, perfect for regaining strength for the many ski slopes. The ski lift attached to the residence takes you directly to the signal to reach the 1850 ticket offices of the Grandes Rousses (departure of the main ski lifts of the resort). Lounge corner: Sofa bed, 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV cabinet, side table and Hi-Fi system. Large 1.80 m window door that makes the apartment very bright with a splendid view of the mountains Dining area: Possibility to eat 5/6 on a friendly table + buffet Kitchen: Fully equipped, with induction cooktop/oven/fridge and microwave. Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine. Cooking utensils, condiments (salt/pepper/olive oil/vinegar), paper towels, aluminum foil, baking paper, napkins, dish towels, dishwashing liquid. Bathroom (redone in November 2022) Walk-in shower, vanity with storage, towel rack. Hand soap, tissues, cotton/cotton buds, hair dryer, hand wash, clothes rack. Storage: Entrance closet with hangers and space for shoes and après-ski. Private ski room closed with keys for skis and ski boots on the ground floor of the residence. 2 large storage dressers in the bedroom, racks for ski clothes, coat racks, space under the dressers to store suitcases. Beds: 1 double bed in the bedroom 140 x 190 cm (mattress, duvet and pillows for 2 people) 1 single bed on top of the double bed in the bedroom 90 x 190 cm (mattress, duvet and pillow for 1 person) 1 new 140 x 200 cm sofa bed in the living room (duvet, mattress topper available and pillows for 2 people) Linens and towels are provided for guests at no additional cost. Guest access The Paradis C residence is located in the Vieil Alpe district, a 10-minute walk from the center of the resort. Free parking at the bottom of the residence and across the road from Huez. Other things to note During the winter season, snow can fall heavily and access to the residence can be a little more complicated by car, especially for night arrivals, you should expect to unload in the snow. Snow removal is done early in the morning. I provide an access map before each guest arrives, as well as a welcome booklet and a practical guide for the stay.
