All you would ever need is here. Important Note: Upon Receiving your reservation confirmation, please send a valid government issued photo ID of all the adults staying in the property. This is a requirement enforced by the Building Management. Please send the ID's here on Airbnb The space 676 Condo Suite is a fully air conditioned 1 Bedroom space equipped with the following: - 1 Queen size bed - 1 Full size pull out bed - Bed sheets and pillow cases. (Set quantity depends on the length of your stay) - 43" Smart TV with cable (Sky Cable), Netflix, etc. - Wall plugs with built-in USB charging ports - Smart Digital Door Lock - Mood Lighting - Reading Nook - Mini Bar (Items for purchase) - Free Water - Free Snacks - Couch - Dining Set/cutleries - Rice Cooker - Microwave - Fridge - Electric Kettle - Blazing fast Wifi (200 mbps) - Rain-like Shower head - Towels for 2 people (Depending on the length of your stay. Feel free to bring your own if you'd need more.) - Open Concept Closet - Shampoo, conditioner and body wash - Kitchenette - Bidet - Full Size Mirror - Iron with Ironing Board Please take a moment to read our House Rules to avoid any type of confusion or misunderstanding. __________________________________________________________________ ** H.O.U.S.E R.U.L.E.S & G.U.E.S.T. P.O.L.I.C.I.E.S** - NO SMOKING - NO PETS - NO PARTIES - 1) Check in & Check out times: Check in 2pm and Check out is 11 am. We ask you to please be mindful and considerate with our Check in/out policy. Kindly inform us in advance (the sooner, the better) of your arrival so we can better prepare. We promise that we will try to accommodate earlier or later check ins/outs as long as time and accommodation permit (maximum of a 2 hr window). Guest will incur full-day charge if they fail to check out on time. Check in/out policy is strictly enforced as this is a requirement by the Building Management. 2) Security Deposit of USD100.00/booking is collected for incidentals (damages or missing items). It will be returned to you after 48 hrs after you check out granted that there are no missing items or damages found. Please know that we don't collect this money, this is Airbnb's policy for host's safety and security. In other words, it is a requirement. 3) Utilities are included with the nightly price but we still ask you to conserve energy. Please turn of water, lights, and appliances that are not being used. TURN OFF A/C when you leave please, if we have to beg you we will. Electricity bill tends to get higher with overly usage of A/C. We would like to remain one of the lowest per night cost in this property. We would hate to pass the overages to our clients. WE TRULY APPRECIATE your courtesy and cooperation. 4) Feel free to use everything in the unit. However, we ask you to please return items where you initially found them. This will help our cleaning team when they do inventory of items in the unit. 5) Be mindful of trash and mess. The garbage room is a few steps away from the unit. This will also prevent infestations of unwanted guests (rats, cockroaches, ants, bugs ) during your stay. Another option is take advantage of our friendly garbage collectors that roam ringing their bell. They are usually out around 10 am and 7pm. 6) STRICTLY No Smoking and only light cooking is allowed. Please do not cook dried fish or anything that emits strong odor as our foreigner neighbors are very sensitive to the smell and are always triggered to complain to the Building Admin. Smoke detector is highly sensitive. Feel free to use the microwave and there are also many restaurants around the property. Absolutely no Pets are allowed in the property and in the unit. 7) Swimming Pool - Registration is required before you are allowed to swim. The fee is PHP150 per person and PHP300 during the Holidays. Please go to the Admin Office and pay the fees to obtain the voucher. The pool is monitored by the security personnel during pool hours and are always available if you need help. You are considered as transient guests, this is the reason why you have to pay the fee. Strictly No Food or Drinks are allowed in the pool area. 8) Our Unit is on the Ground floor, no balcony, tucked and kept away from the hustle and bustle of the whole building. Our corner is very peaceful and quiet. Besides, the elevators tend to get busy on peak times with an average wait of 5-10 mins. Do you really have this time to wait? Our unit is so easy to get to. In and out and you're on your way. 9) Our unit is 25 sqm. Therefore, it is small which can only comfortably fit a maximum of 3 adults. Only exception is for babies and children 12 y/o and below as the 4th person. No negotiations on this rule. 10) Despite our best efforts, occasional pests (small cockroaches and ants may still appear in this tropical climate. We are aware of this and have a bi-weekly pest control service, along with baits and silicone drain covers, in place to address the issue consistently and thoroughly. If this is something you are sensitive about, please refrain from booking our unit. **Important** The 24 hour security team has a VERY STRICT policy of who goes in and out of the property. They would require you to comply with these said policies. There will be times, that you will be asked for your name and what unit number you are staying. We ask you to please cooperate and not be annoyed by these practices. Besides, it's for everyone's security. Guest access The Apartment is great itself but what is even greater are the amenities that we provide: - Grand Lobbies - Children's Playground - Multiple Swimming Pools (P150 per guest per Building Admin policy) - Private Cabanas - Jogging Trail - Clubhouse - Roof Deck Lounge - Modern Tropical Garden - 5 passenger elevators each tower - 24-hour security - Automatic Fire detection and alarm system - Restaurant/Commercial Strip -Back up power system Other things to note The property itself is surrounded with shopping, dining and leisure establishments. Restaurants and coffee shops are conveniently located at the ground level. Laundrymats, Massage Spas, Nail Salon, Hair Salon, BDO Bank, and a 24 hour convenience store are also in the property complex. **Important** The 24 hour security team has a VERY STRICT policy of who goes in and out of the property. They would require you to comply with these said policies. There will be times, that you will be asked for your name and what unit number you are staying. We ask you to please cooperate and not be annoyed by these practices.
