Located 100 meters from the large supervised beach of Tharon (fishing on foot, water activities and sand castles...), the house offers a large south-facing outdoor space with several shaded terraces on a 520 m² enclosed plot and private parking. The space EQUIPMENT: - Two bedrooms with cupboards: in one of them, 1 double bed and in the other, 2 single beds. - In the kitchen: fridge with small freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as the usual dishes. - In the living room: a sofa bed (2 extra beds), a TV, a large table and chairs. - The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a towel dryer radiator and a cabinet with double sinks. - A reading corner in the large living room - Outside: barbecue, armchairs, garden furniture and parasol, as well as several shaded terraces and an outdoor area with synthetic lawn. - And for the little ones: Board games. For babies: a crib and high chair on request. - The house is also equipped with a washing machine, an ironing board. - The accommodation has a decorative fireplace, not usable by tenants. SERVICES: - Basic bed linen (duvets, pillows, blankets) is provided.
