Tiverton Large Bedroom with Super King - B&B

Built in 1844 the property was originally the blacksmiths for the village of Uplowman. The lovely garden has several seating areas by the stream that runs through it. Recently renovated, Waterside is light and airy with contemporary decor. The house has beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and all the bedrooms have super king size beds. If you are a surfer it's 50 mins to the north coast and for shoppers it's 25 minutes down the M5 to the beautiful Cathedral city of Exeter. The space Continental breakfast included, gluten free by prior arrangement. There is both a chiminea and BBQ in the garden for guests use. Guest access There is a key lock box for guests should I not be able to greet them. Guests can use the snug where there is a TV and log burner. During your stay I like to give my guests space but keep myself available if needed. Other things to note If young children please note 2 stair cases and a leat/stream in the back garden. If you need a cot please could you bring your own.
