A Quiet 17th Floor Shared Apartment Next to CBD!

A fully furnished apartment in the midst of a premium location in Southbank, only 5 seconds away from a convenience store, 2 minute from a supermarket, and just 3 minutes away from Crown Casino! Please note: 1. This listing is only available for 1 tenant 2. You will be sharing the apartment with me but you will have your own private bedroom and bathroom 3. Noise levels are to be kept to a minimum before 9am and after 10pm (IMPORTANT: please refer to "other things to note") The space Its a very clean, quiet, comfortable, and simple living area. Its spacious in the sense that it's not crowded with too many things but at the same time I've fitted it with a very a sizable couch set and dining table for a comfortable experience. The floor-to-ceiling windows show off a great view of the city from which you can see the beaches from as well as a spectacular view at night with all the flickering city lights, its a sight to see! I spend most of my time at my desk in my room as I'm fairly busy, so you'll have most of the place to yourself most of the time! Woo! The kitchen area has all the things you expect from a kitchen including a microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, pots, sous vide machine, air fryer, every utensil and spice you can think of etc. You will have your own section in the fridge and freezer etc. Let me know if you have any questions! Feel free to ask me anything. Guest access You will have access to your private bedroom, private bathroom, kitchen and the lounge area. Free wifi, free access to the swimming pool, BBQ deck area, and gym on level 8 of the building are also available. During your stay I'm a friendly, overt character. I tend to be very busy and cook once in a while if I have the time. I'm a quiet person and spend most of my time working in my room but I love chats and am more than happy to give you any advise with the whereabouts and what-hows. I'm very honest, so please ask me anything at all and let me know if anything bothers you at any point in time. Other things to note Important: 1. Noise levels are to be kept to a minimum before 9am and after 10pm (see below) I will make sure I do the same as well. If you do happen to have an early/ late call or meeting, please let me know in advance; I will do my best to accommodate it. 2. Only guests in bookings are allowed in the apartment. 3. Any lights, appliances, or air conditioning should be turned off if they are not in use or you are not in the apartment. # Additionally, if it is winter, it is expected that you wear long sleeves indoors to avoid needing to have the Air-conditioning on 24/7 (as you would at anyone else's home). AC use is welcome, but not for extended periods of time, especially for unreasonable reasons such as a preference of walking around in shorts and a t-shirt when its 10 degrees outside. 4. Smoking is strictly only allowed on the balcony and the balcony door must be closed when smoking. 5. The use of recreational drugs is prohibited (see below) Note: My place is most certainly not a bachelor-pad nor a hotel so if you are looking to blast music, answer calls before 9 am or after 10pm without letting me know in advance; plan to be excessively loud in some way/shape/form (like playing music on turned up loudspeakers); plan on going on a binge and coming back excessively intoxicated/ unable to keep noise to a minimum at an odd hour; plan on returning from nightly excursions at 3 am in the morning to then take a shower and make a meal; plan on making a full breakfast meal at 7am; plan on slamming doors; plan on inviting friends around for a party; have flight times at odd hours that require a noisy departure from the apartment - my listing is NOT for you unfortunately. BUT, if you're looking for a relaxing/ comfortable/ quiet stay where you get a lot of privacy, this is the place for you! I treat my guests and their belongings the way I like my guests to treat my belongings and me. So please be mindful, clean, and respectful :) If you see any of the rules above to be an issue or foresee any of the rules potentially being broken because of your personal circumstances or preferences, please reconsider and find an alternative listing to book. Amenities are provided such as: hair dryer, iron & board, towels, soap, etc. (To a certain extent) - Let me know if you have anything specific in mind that you expect. I do not provide breakfast, lunch, or dinner so please do not expect that of me. As mentioned previously, there is a supermarket right next to the entrance of the building, so you do not have to come prepared.
