Velvet View Apartment I is a modern, cozy holiday studio-apartment suitable for everyone seeking a calm place to relax and enjoy the Cretan sea and sun. Its breathtaking view as well as the beach within walking distance (10 min walk down/up the hill, 650 m) makes it ideal for a perfect summer holiday! The space A comfortable 26 m2 ground floor studio for couples or friends. The studio has one double or 2 single beds according to your request, with hypoallergic extra comfortable mattreses. The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen with all the utilities you might need , including a refrigerator, microwave, toasters, coffee makers, juicer and kettle. The apartment has a modern bathroom with bathtub and we'll have available for your comfort towels, sea towels, personal hygiene products ,a first aid kit and cleaning equipment . There is also a TV, A/C and a dining table as well as a comfortable sofa. It is lovely to spend your mornings or evenings outside in the garden enjoying the stunning view and the colorful sunset. There is also a BBQ grill at your disposal. In case you have a car there is plenty of space to park outside the property. Other things to note 1. Attention! According to a Greek law valid from 01.01.25 all guests are subject to a local guest fee per night of stay. The fee is 8 euros per night during the high season (April to October) and 2 euros per night ( November to March). So if you will be staying for eg. 4 nights during July you will have to pay an extra of 4*8=32 euros upon your arrival. This fee is not included in the airbnb price, as it is a local government fee for visitors. We kindly ask you to have the amount of money in cash ready to be paid upon your arrival. 😊 2.
