Comfortable apartment, half my bungalow, in the central Kent village of Offham. There is easy access to London, the Kent coast, and the channel ports. The M26/M25 and M20 motorways are just 10 minutes away. Set in a beautiful countryside valley setting high above the road -- perfect for lovely walks in the country and visits to the village pub. The property has a large garden and parking for up to two cars. The space The accommodation is one half of this 1920 country bungalow and comprises of one large double bedroom and one medium double bedroom, spacious sitting/dining room with TV. Fitted galley kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Shower room/WC. Includes all linen and towels and basic store cupboard, including cooking oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee, jam, milk and biscuits. Guest access Access is via the main front door to the bungalow, and guests will be provided with their own key for the duration of their stay. Guests have access to the gardens and patio furniture. Due to steep slopes and unfenced areas in the garden, the property is not suitable for guests with small children. Not suitable for wheelchairs. There is off road parking available for up to two cars. Other things to note The sitting room has a selection of card and board games, jigsaw puzzles and books. If you have not finished a book you have started you are welcome to take it with you when you leave, but donations of new titles are always welcome too! The 32" TV has access to the usual range of Freeview channels. There are HDMI and USB ports allowing the connection of laptops and flash drives.
