Welcome to our flat! Our place is simple and cosy, yet we designed it with so much love. We require checkout by 5pm, latest, and charge per hour for late checkout. We can only accommodate strictly up to 4 pax as per Azure's policy. Reservations must be made at least 3 days before your intended stay for us to properly coordinate & submit the necessary guest forms required by Azure. Kindly read through the details of our listing and we hope to welcome you soon at our lovely home. :) The space A cosy Scandinavian-inspired 1 bedroom condo unit in an exclusive urban resort residence, located 20 mins from the airport. The Azure Urban Resort Residences is a 6-hectare site designed by the award-winning master planning and architectural firm Broadway Malyan, each tower is set in a breathtaking tropical modern aesthetic that provides optimal natural ventilation, light, and shade. A kidney bean-shaped clubhouse complements the Azure beach, the centerpiece, which is an iconic man-made beach facility with fine white sand, undulating waves and waterfalls. Other amenities include an open park, zen garden, playgrounds, lap pool with cascading waterfalls, kiddie water slide, poolside bar, beach volleyball area and a basketball court adding rich diversity to a natural environment that supports recreation, health and well being. Guest access Use of the following amenities is free for up to 2 guests. The 3rd and 4th guests are subject to pay a fee of PHP250 per person (payment to be made at pool entrance). -Wave pool, Kiddie pool, Beach area The Azure beach and other pool facilities are closed on Mondays for maintenance. Pay parking is available at a minimum fee of PHP50 for the first 3 hours. Overnight parking is available at PHP260 (please check latest pricing upon parking). Guest Cards are provided for pool and beach facilities access. Please present and keep the cards all throughout your stay. You will be charged PHP1,000 for lost or damaged cards. We do not provide drinking water in the unit. Please make your own food and beverage arrangements. Interaction with guests We remain contactable through e-mail, Viber, SMS, and iMessage. A local property manager, whom we have hired, will be welcoming all guest/s upon arrival. For our guest/s' comfort and convenience, our flat is equipped with the following: - Refrigerator - Microwave oven - Cookware - Dinnerware and cutlery - Bed linens - Indoor and outdoor towels - Iron and ironing board - Shower heater Long stay arrangements can be arranged. Cooking is allowed, but not encouraged. Frying fish and "heavy" cooking is not allowed. Guest access Our flat is located at the St Tropez Tower of Azure. All guests are required to bring a valid ID upon check in. Pay parking slots are available. 24 hr / overnight parking fee is around PHP260.00 (please check latest pricing upon parking as the management might have changed their fees). Other things to note Cooking is allowed, but not encouraged. We have a set of house rules that will be sent upon enquiry. There is a SMART TV in the flat, but it doesn't include cable TV channels. You may log in to you Netflix account, but please make sure to log out before checking out. Utility fees (electric and water bills) will recharged to guests who are staying for at least 1 week. A PHP 3,000 deposit will be required upon check in.
