Guest suite in Rye

Conifers Loft is a relaxing detached country side retreat, with elevated views, and private garden and patio. Great Dixters & Bodiam are a short drive and the ancient town of Rye 15 minutes. A car is recommended. This is a perfect base for nature lovers, with accessible country walks straight from our side gate. Continental breakfast is provided in your accommodation and a private parking space. The traditional local pub (The Rose & Crown) is a 10 min walk. The space The accommodation is spacious, and of a modern design. . You approach through a five bar gate into a sweeping driveway, with parking on the right, adjacent to Conifers Loft. The main area is on the first floor, and the shower room is on the ground floor. Due to the stairs, The Loft is not suitable for 0-12 yrs or guests with mobility issues. Breakfast is supplied in your room, with table & comfortable seating. Tea and coffee station, microwave and two fridges ( one empty for your personal items) and TV. As there is no kitchen, please leave your used crockey basket on the table outside your entrance gate. (daily) We retrieve & return clean items daily. Two luggage racks supplied. USB ports are in a socket cube. There are heaters in the main area, and hot air blower in the bathroom. Hi-vis & torches are provided for a walk to the local pub. You will find a guest folder l in the room, containing accommodation info, local pubs/eateries, taxi numbers & much more. Guest access Private access with your own key. Lockable shed available for bikes. Please feel free to explore our large meadow, where you will find the East Gate leading to Watermill Lane. This is a good start for local walks. Other things to note We would appreciate you removing outdoor shoes before entering the main bedroom area. There is a basket for your used crockery etc. Please leave it in the box, which is on the table within your parking area. We will retrieve and replace your crockery & cutlery daily. No naked flames in the room please . LED tealights are provided. Due to the stairs, the Loft is not suitable for 0-12 yr olds, or guests with mobility issues.
