The first floor consists of a hallway that gives access to six beautiful and spacious rooms (five doubles and one for four people), four bathrooms and a living room. The master suite has an office and a spacious bathroom. All the rooms are decorated while maintaining the authentic character of the farmhouse. The beds in the rooms are 90x200 Outside, the facilities are extensive and offer everything you need to enjoy the spectacular weather and outdoor life day and night. A wonderful garden with a tennis court and a fronton court, and a large barbecue where you can have a casual and summer dinner. The Masía Mas Peirot is located 1 km from Cunit beach (5 minutes by car, 25 minutes on foot), only 12 minutes by car from Sitges where we find beaches, restaurants, shops, golf course and tennis courts and 40 minutes by car from Barcelona with a wide range of museums and cultural activities. Access via exit 13 of the C32 highway, which is 5 minutes from the farmhouse. Authenticity in its preservation, perfect maintenance in its smallest details. Heating/Air conditioning: All rooms have air conditioning/heat pump. The ground floor of the Masia is naturally cool and does not need A/C.
