All vendors, DJ, photographers, etc need to have insurance and must provide a COI prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in vendor not having access to the property. The supply fee covers toiletries, wood for the fireplace and fire pits, cooking gas, heating oil, kitchen expendables- towels, soaps, cleaning supplies etc. charcoal for the bbq and gas for the bbq. Are Linens included? Yes, each bed has linens and shower towel. Can we reduce the cleaning fee? No its a big house and takes a full day to clean. Can we host more then 30 people? Yes but we need to know how many people in total and charge accordingly. If you decide to book and mislead us on the amount of people that is an automatic loss of you security deposit. Can you perform a site visit? Yes, but the charge for a site visit is $200.00 Is there a bathroom and bedroom on the first floor that is accessible with out having to use the stairs? Yes, a person can enter the house through the kitchen mudroom (no stairs) and have access to the entire first floor including a bedroom, bathroom (with easy to walk in shower), kitchen living room, bar and TV fireplace area.
