Functional and spacious house in a quiet area of the city of Saint Lô that can accommodate 8 people. Downtown is within walking distance Shops nearby: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy... Playground and nautical center are a 10-minute walk away. Central location in the department: 1 hour from Mont Saint-Michel or the landing beaches, 45 minutes from Caen and 5 minutes from the equestrian center (national stud farm) of Saint-Lô... The space On the ground floor: -1 dining/living room of 32 m2 with a wood burning stove - 1 fully equipped open kitchen - 1 back kitchen - a toilet Upstairs: -2 bedrooms with a double bed (a 160 x (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) bedroom with a single bed and 1 extra bed (comfortable) that can accommodate a seventh person - 1 bedroom with 1 single bed -1 bathroom with 1 shower, 1 bathtub, 1 toilet Outside: a garden all around the house with an open veranda. Guest access Possibility of providing childcare equipment: cot, highchair, etc. Any other requests from guests can be considered. Other things to note The price does not include a cleaning fee. As this is our home, the house must be returned in the clean condition in which the guests took possession of it. In case of non-compliance with the cleanliness of the premises, the sum of €60 (cost of the cleaning lady to restore the house to the state of cleanliness in which it was left) will be requested from the guests.
