Stunning villa 100 m from the ocean in Gåshaga

Beautiful house with wonderful surroundings. Overlooking the ocean from the terrace and two of the bedrooms. The area is great for kids and adults. Within walking distance there are 3 restaurants, ferry to the city and archipelago and train to the city. Two minutes from the house you can swim from the jetty and 10 minutes there is a bath island that is perfect for smaller kids. BBQ at the house. If you want to experience the puls of Stockholm but live in a relaxing area this is the place! The space The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a 180 cm wide bed and the rest fo the beds are 120 cm wide. Here we have a full carpet and this is where we in the family find space for ourselves and together. We have a bathroom with a spa feeling with an infrared sauna and a lovely bathtub. The terrasse upstairs is amazing. Wonderful sea view and a lounge area overlooking the water and a dining table seating 6 ppl. Downstairs is the social area both indoors and outdoors with a trampoline for the kids in the back yard. In the front yard where you have sun all day we have a small dining table and a lounge group and a bbq. The house is located just at the water, in a marina with a restaurant that is called Bryggan, there is also an excellent little coffe stand for coffee at the jetty.m. Our garden is small but great for both chilling and playing. Downstairs we also have a yoga/excersise room that could be used as a bedroom with an air mattress for two more guests. We also have a crib. We have a music corner with piano and guitar, in one of the boys bedrooms it’s also a drum set. We have two TV areas one upstairs with video games etc, one downstairs. It’s also a TV in the master bedroom. For rainy days one can enjoy the fireplace in the living room, it really heats up the house so should be avoided on hot summer days. We love our house and hope you will too Laundry room in the house, access to yoga, Pilates and exercise tools In the evening you can relax in a hot tub overlooking the water. Guest access The estate is a private stay for you as guests Other things to note There is a strict policy that no parties/events or smoking is allowed. No loud music/noise allowed after 22.00 and only confirmed guests are allowed in the house. In the unfortunate event of misconduct, the booking can be canceled so please respect the home and neighbors. And no shoes inside please!
