This stone farm workers cottage, dates back to the 1841 census when it was an inn called ‘The Sovereign’. Completely refurbished in 1997 the cottage is now the perfect family holiday home. Beamed ceilings, flagstone floors and open fireplace to keep that a traditional atmosphere while providing all the modern comforts. The space - Sleeps six – one double bedroom with en-suite and two twin bedrooms - Open log fire with beamed ceiling giving a warm cosy ambience - Fitted kitchen has a large dining area and fully equipped, including dishwasher - Family bathroom with shower over bath - Utility room – washing machine, oil fired central heating - Spacious sitting room with TV/DVD - Free WiFi throughout the cottage - Pets by arrangement - Winter Fuel Charge between 1st November to 31st March – £30 per week Other things to note We welcome dogs (2small dogs) to Rose cottage however we ask that the dogs are not left in the property on their own. There is a extra charge due on arrival £25 per dog per week
