Inside you will find a kitchen fully furnished (fridge, hot plates, micro-waves oven, kettle, dish…) as well as a table for 2. There is also a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilets. General state of the studio is excellent because it has been totally renovated last year (2012). A shared laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer is also available, only on demand (with extra fees). The apartment's Wi-Fi connection is sufficient to check your emails or surf the internet, but it is not efficient enough for teleworking (videoconferencing, streaming, etc.). The wifi is shared with other apartments in the building. Guest access Practical studio ideal for short and long term stays in Liege! Other things to note Thanks in advance for informing ZE Agency about your planned arrival hour. We will send you confirmation of your reservation as well as the exact address of the agency and of the accommodation. Arrival/Departure: extra fees of €25 and €35 will be charged for any arrival after 8:00PM and 11:00PM. A surplus of €25 will be charged for any departure before 8:00AM. Spare beds and child beds’ are available on request and they have to be confirmed by the agency. The number of people in the accommodation cannot exceed the number of people indicated on the booking confirmation.
