The apartment was one of the firsts to be built in the city under the Soviet rule and I'm happy to welcome you to this historic location. Our place is for sure the most convenient location for tourists, right next to the State Department Store (the go to destination for everything) and is walking distance from shops, yummy restaurants, supermarkets, museums and a tourist information center! If you want to immerse yourself in the UB culture and really experience the city, our place is for you. The space Historical building from the outside, yet a newly rennovated and fully equipped space inside! Our space was recently rennovated to better meet the needs of our guests. We are fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
