Good view/tidy spot in Deborah Bay (Port Chalmers)

Stay with us in beautiful Deborah Bay on our 7 acres lifestyle block.We are 64 meters up on the hill, the view is very nice. Our sleepout is a small but new, warm, well insulated 1 bedroom unit. We have the biggest, most comfortable bed ever. We offer a super king size mattress with freshly washed linen, dried by the southern wind. No kitchen, only a microwave, toaster and a fridge. Great quality bikes are available for rent. Only 18mins from Dunedin and 3 mins from caffees and shops. The space Our sleepout is a new, warm, well insulated 1 bedroom unit with a comfortable super king bed and your own bathroom. No kitchen but there are plates, cutlery, toaster, jug, small fridge in the room. Other things to note Light breakfast provided, which is usually some wheat bix and fresh fruit. No extra charge for this We have a camera that is only facing to the front gate, not recording. We have a sign on our fence saying about it.
