The home is comfortable and intimate, perfect for families and friends with everything you need to unwind. When you come to Diamond Beach, you can’t help but slow down. So kick back, relax and enjoy everything Diamond Beach House has to offer. The space Roomy master suite featuring ocean views, separate sitting area and ensuite with bath. Three more bedrooms over 2 levels. Ocean views from one and direct access to gardens from others. 1 media/childrens playroom with sofa bed can become the 5th bedroom. Contemporary, fully equipped coastal-style kitchen, open plan living and dining complete with fully stocked wood fireplace leading directly to the sun-drenched timber deck and plunge pool. Private rear garden (including fire pit) protected by dune reserve, giving direct access to beautiful Diamond Beach. Furry friends are welcome at a maximum of 2 only per booking, fees apply. Guest access Entire home Other things to note We are down the road from the local shops and a five minute drive to the local supermarket and tavern located at Hallidays Point. Following a short drive, you will find more beautiful beaches such as Blackhead which features a stunning rock pool. Fishing spots are bountiful as well as several bushwalks leading to gorgeous lookouts that will have to be seen to be believed. The house is well appointed to make your stay a comfortable one. With a fully equipped kitchen including coffee pod machine with pods supplied, gas BBQ, board games, books, air-conditioning in the open spaces and bedrooms and an internet/Netflix enabled smart tv. Some household basics are supplied and you are welcome to use them. Onsite parking is available for 3 cars and street parking is plentiful and available free. Onsite Tesla/EV charging. You may need a converter adapter for vehicles other than Tesla. All bed linen, beach and bath towels are provided as well as Leif body wash. 4 King beds are made up and available.
