House on island Rivanj/CROATIA

Rivanj is small island without cars, shops, restaurants, caffe bars...peace and quiet. The beach is just 200 meters from the house. Air condition,TV, WI-FI! The space House is situated at quiet place without any noise around(200 meters from the beach). There is beautifull view from the terrace of the house to the sea and islands Kornati, Dugi otok, Iž, Molat, Olib,Silba.... THE BEST VIEW ON THE ISLAND! There is daily boat line from Zadar to Rivanj, and opposite. The view from the terrace of the house is the best on the island (no exaggeration)! There is a big garden around the house so you can have your privacy. Also, you can use (electric) grill if you want. House is situated at the place where there is always some west wind from the sea through the summer so it's not so hot during the peak of the season. Anyway, there is air-condition in the house. You can really enjoy your stay. You have regular TV program..on big screen TV. Also, there is WI-FI in the house so you can be connected to the World and your friends all the time. House is suitable for 4 adults + eventually 2 children. Please keep that in mind. We don't accept more that 4 adults. Guest access The whole house and garden are just yours. No close neighbours, you are alone in the house.
