Cozy top floor condo close to slopes!

The condo is beautifully furnished w/ everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Fully furnished kitchen, two full bathrooms & washer / dryer in the unit. High ceilings give the condo a spacious feel. It is within walking distance (3 blocks) to the ski area but the continuous shuttle from the front door makes it convenient to not have to walk in ski boots and carry your skis/boards! Paired with two pools, hot tubs and work out room it is the perfect base for your Steamboat vacation! The space The updated finishes, designer furnishings and vaulted ceilings in the condo create a beautiful and inviting atmosphere in which to relax between the many activities there are to do in Steamboat. The condo is walking distance to restaurants, the ski area and to the bike path. I have lived in Steamboat for 30 years and have added a list of recommendations for activities and restaurants I love in the getting around section below! There is also an elevator in the building which provides easy access for luggage and groceries. Guest access You will have access to the 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. There are two swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts in the complex as well as an exercise room and business area with computer. I will arrange for you to get an electronic key that will work for the parking garage and for the condo. The key will allow one car access to the parking garage but there is generally parking for 1 more car on site (you might have to park the 2nd car remotely during really busy times) Other things to note At the moment, the only way to get ski passes is to purchase a full Icon pass or there is a 4 day pass option that needs to be purchased online and that does have some black out dates. Please check on the purchase of your ski pass prior to booking the condo. Pets of guests are not allowed by the association.
