The space The fabulous gated private outdoor area with tropical plants and an undercover patio with a wall-mounted fan is ideal to relax and enjoy our amazing climate. Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, YouTube and local channels along with free WiFi and a selection of board games is provided for your entertainment during your stay. Both air-conditioned bedrooms offer quality mattresses and ceiling fans, one has a queen-size bed and direct entrance to the building courtyard, the other bedroom has a double size bed and private garden view. The unit comes with a private washing machine/dryer and high-quality towels (bath as well as pool towels) and bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, microwave, kettle and all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience. One undercover parking allocated to the unit is included in your reservation as well as access to the shared swimming pool. We have 3 adjoined fully renovated units in this complex that would be suitable for group bookings. Guest access The entire apartment with the apartment’s own private outdoor seating area is available for your sole use during your stay, an undercover car space allocated to the unit and the shared swimming pool. Other things to note The garden is maintained regularly. It is possible our gardener will come during your stay, no one will be accessing the apartment so there is no need to be at home or change your holiday plans. As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.
