You are right in the heart of the historic Old Town with all the famous places of interest within a short walk. Grassmarket Approach is easily accessible from the Waverley station and the airport. There are stairs down into the courtyard access. There is a full sized fridge freezer and a washing machine in the kitchen area plus a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and hob.
