It‘s on a 1+ acre wooded lot, a perfect place to relax and unwind. The house has a beautiful open floor plan with cathedral ceiling and Vermont castings wood stove with a floor to ceiling stone wall in the living room. After a day of skiing or an exciting outdoor adventure, snuggle up on the comfy couch in front of our wood burning stove, or watch Netflix or a DVD from our private collection in the TV / Den room. Play chess, board games or read books, upstairs in the loft. Cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy the outdoor grill and teak outdoor dining set on the large Trex deck(14'x37') At bedtime, relax in the king size bed in the master bedroom, read a book with the warmth and ambience of the in room gas stove. In the morning, wake up to a beautiful view of the deck and back woods through the large, three pane sliding glass door. Central AC and additional window AC in upstairs bedroom are for your extra comfort. The house has a standby generator which will automatically power on in the event of a power failure. You can walk to a private pond/lake in the community, feel free to bring your own kayaks or canoes for use on the Pond. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note All guests are required to be 28 years of age or older unless they are the children of the renting party. We provide linens, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows, toiletries, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and essentials. Please bring your own beach towels if you plan to go to the beach. No land line in the house. AT&T cell service works from the house. High speed FIOS internet. Based on our personnel experience, only AT&T cell service works in the house. Please keep in mind that since we are in a rural area, cell service can be spotty at times depending on the weather conditions and other factors which are out of our control. We have an outside security camera installed near the driveway, to ensure the safety and security of the property and our guests.
