Description
The Pavilion is a newly-built, self-contained 3-storey house, sitting within the curtilage of Lamb's House in Leith. It has been built in the style of the early 18th century with particular attention to detail, including an eye-catching "ogee" roof. The space Ground Floor: Entrance, Utility room with washing machine, a twin Bedroom with an en-suite Shower Room and Store. First floor: Two double Bedrooms, one with a half tester, the other a box bed. A Bathroom with a cast iron bath. Second Floor: A Sitting Room with dining area and a separate Kitchen. There is an open fire in the Sitting Room. The furniture within The Pavilion is either antique or good quality reproduction and also houses a collection of original artwork. All linen is pure cotton and duvets are pure down. A welcome pack of holiday essentials and some little luxuries are provided with your stay. There are also a number of modern amenities provided, including a Smart TV, Apple TV, Bluetooth enabled sound-system and Wi-Fi. There is secure parking for one car.
