The house has two large bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds. The master bedroom also has a private bathroom (en-suite). In addition, Ilianas Home has the main bathroom as well as 1 wc, so that it can comfortably serve up to 6 guests. In the spacious living room there is a large corner sofa that can be turned into a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room are located in an open space with the living room and offer great comfort to guests. The house has fast wifi internet and smart TVs. It also has air conditioning for cooling and heating. Ilianas Home is ideally located between the center and the beach of Kalamata, in a quiet neighborhood where you will find all the necessary shops. Guest access Guests at Ilianas Home have access to all areas of the property as well as at the private garden of the house. Other things to note -There is an extra cost 30€ for late check in after 21:00. -There is an extra cost 50€ for late check in after 00:00. -Billing policy for infants is the same as the child billing policy, ie the charge is 25€/infant/day of stay. -Pets are allowed only by arrangement, at an additional cost of 30€ per stay. -Children up to 2 years stay at €30 per person per night when using an available baby cot. -People of all ages stay for €30 per person per night when using an extra bed available.
