You will appreciate this accommodation for its comfort, its location in the village that will allow you to forget your car during your stay and the location of the village of Sare in the heart of the Basque country both for your tourist visits and your leisure. The space 50 m² two-bedroom apartment on the second and top floor of the Trinquet Restaurant “Pleka,” which can accommodate 2 people (option for 4 with sofa bed). Separate bedroom with 140 bed and a "BZ" sofa bed in the living room. Equipped American kitchen, fridge, ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Bathroom accessible from the bedroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet, Cellier with washing machine. TV and Wifi Internet Network Access included. EAST and NORTH Exposure. Linens (sheets/bath towels/tea towels) provided and beds made upon arrival Guest access PARKING SPOT The parking of the apartments is a private parking lot that we share with the restaurant downstairs. We ask our guests, during your stay, to park towards the back of the parking lot. During your stay you will have access to the accommodation at any time through the set of keys provided on arrival, we just ask you to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, the apartment being located in a residence composed of other apartments. Other things to note HOME Personalized welcome between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m., beyond 10 p.m. handing over the keys in a secure box and self access to the apartment. TOURIST TAX A tourist tax on behalf of the municipality of the Communauté d 'Agglomération Sud Basque Country will be charged €0.50 per adult (18 +) per night . It is not included in the rate displayed and paid to AirBnB but is payable upon your arrival in cash by credit card or check in the name of SARL IDANTELI and then will be remitted to the Southern Basque Country Agglomeration Community - Public Treasury. CLEANING Cleaning is not automatically charged BUT must be done by the guest. However, for the least motivated, a cleaning fee at the end of your stay of €50 is offered, it must be subscribed and paid upon arrival, thus exempting you from this "chore" (practical for short stays).
