The combined living, dining and kitchenette area has a comfortable lounge, Smart TV, magazines, board games and jigsaw puzzles. Free wifi is also available. The outdoor covered entertaining area has an outdoor setting and BBQ for you to enjoy alfresco dining at its best. Maloneys beach is a lovely sandy beach with calm waters - perfect for swimming, kayaking, walking, fishing, snorkelling, paddle boarding or just taking in the scenic views. It is ideally located just a short 10 minute drive from the popular township of Batemans Bay with many restaurants, clubs, shopping and attractions. Maloneys beach borders the Murramarang National Park with short bush walks. Enjoy a beach picnic, fishing and swimming on one the remote beaches. Eastern Grey Kangaroos spend their days dozing near the beach and under trees. At dusk they gather around and feed on the front lawns and on the reserve at the beachfront. There is an abundance of birds such parrots and other bird life that regularly visit the trees in the enclosed backyard garden. Guests can easily stroll around Maloneys Beach as it is very flat. Take one of the pushbikes and go exploring!! Wally and I live on the premises in the main house.
