My little house

My small house (50 m2), is ideal for a couple alone or with children. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, open to a living room with a large flat screen connected and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 children or 1 adult. A bedroom (160 cm bed), opens to the bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, a private saltwater pool, heated from March to November, facing south, offering a panoramic view of the Uomo di Cagna and its mountain range. The space My little house is ideally located, 1 km from the village of Figari with all the necessary amenities: spar (grocery store), café, tobacco, restaurant, pharmacy and post office. The house is less than 15 minutes from Porto Vecchio, less than 20 minutes from Bonifacio, 5 minutes from Figari Airport and 5 minutes from the nearest beaches and rivers. My little house is a new construction, from February 2020, offering the requirement of current comfort (RT 2012 standard), allowing to offer quality services in a quiet and very pleasant environment. You have a living room and a beautiful spacious kitchen, a bedroom with its shower room and separate toilet. All air-conditioned. Outside, a private saltwater pool heated from March to the end of November (weather permitting of course) House for 2 people (4 people possible: sofa bed) + baby (equipment available on request and subject to availability: baby bed, high chair, bathtub, potty, rocking chair, toys, books etc, don't hesitate!). It offers a magnificent view of the Uomo di Cagna, the mountains, the valley as well as the sublime sunsets that our region offers. The house is built on beautiful green land surrounded by century-old olive trees.
