4-Star**** Newly Built Apartment with Sea Views #4

This is a private one bedroom apartment in a brand new building. It located in an authentic Montenegrin village with ready access to the sea. The apartment affords excellent views of the water and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Most of the apartments in the building are for rent by us, so you are free to book more than one if you are a big group. The space This apartment is one in a three-storey building of five. It's on the middle floor and the entrance to the building is located on the top floor. There is no elevator. It is located in the little village of Zelenika in the heart of Montenegro's Hercegnovska Riviera. It can accomodate up to four people. The apartment itself is very bright, with high ceilings and tall double glazed windows that open onto panoramic sea views. There is one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a living room with a sofa bed and satellite TV. The balcony is quite large, with fantastic views of Montenegro's famous Adriatic waters. All the furniture and appliances are brand new, like the apartment as a whole. There is a washing machine, WiFi, iron, Ironing Board and hair dryer. There is also free cot/crib if you are travelling with a baby. There is also air conditioning to keep you cool in the Montenegrin summer! Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Relax and enjoy your stay! Other things to note The host is not responsible for the service continuity of public utilities (electricity, heating or water supply cuts). Registration with the government - Under the laws of Montenegro, each foreign tourist is required to register during the first 24 hours of their stay. We will assist you with that at your check in, but you can also register at the tourist information point in front of the Post office in Zelenika or in the travel agency in the old town of Herceg Novi next to the church (the locals call this place Bela Vista). You will need your passport and the address of residence (Zelenika, BB). The registration fee is 1 euro / day / person (older than 12 year) + 2 euros for each registration form of the resident (white cardboard / beli carton). The registration is compulsory and is done at the expense of tourists. In the absence of "white cardboard" the penalty when leaving Montenegro is 200 euros.
