This home is fully equipped, has air conditioning, internet, security system (fire extinguisher), blanket for fire, a 1st aid kit box, and meets all the requirements and all the security rules. It consists in the R/C over a wide area that includes living room (with sofa bed), dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery and utensils needed. It includes: microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker, citrus juicer and blender. We also have an ironing table and drying rack. There is a bathroom with a bathtub also on this floor. It includes a hairdryer. The connection is made to the first floor by broad and secure stairs. On the first floor there are two bedrooms.
