The space Large independent portion of ancient stone farm house dated back to 16th on the hills north of Lucca, 10 km far from the historical center, in a panoramic and quite position. The house accommodates up to 5 + 2 people. The house was recently renovated respecting the original architecture of the past, so that you can see in the house the beautiful original stone stairs, terracotta tiled floor, wooden beam ceiling. Ground floor: From the entrance, you take access to the spacious living room (with fire place, tv-sat, 3 sofas sitting 8 people, table and chairs). The brick arch leads to the separated kitchen equipped with electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee-maker, kettle, 4 gas fires, and all domestic facilities. Storage with washing machine, table and iron board, refrigerator with deep freezer. From the ground floor the stone stair leads to the upper floor where you find a passage room with wardrobe, a double bedroom with an extra single bed, without window, one other double bedroom with door-window and extra window. Spacious full bathroom with shower. On the second floor huge bedroom (more than 50sm) with one double bed and one extra single bed, with two Windows with ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separated shower. It is available on request a cot and a highchair for a baby. Private garden in front of the house is fenced on three sides by partition edge. The garden is equiped with bbq, deck chairs, swing, a large gazebo with tables, chairs, lights. Private parking in front of the house for one car or parking of the village is ca. 20 meters from the house. The small village where is located the house is very quiet, surrounded by olives trees, vineyards, woods, trekking and riding paths. From the village start an ancient wood paths which leads to a beautiful panoramic point of the city of Lucca. It is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday and at the same time it is not far from the famous main tuscany towns. The beaches of Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Torre del Lago Puccini, are 30 km away, Pisa 40 km, Florence 80, next village with a supermarket and all kind of shop is San Martino in Freddana, 6 km far from the house. Perfect position for day trips to famous towns such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Cinque Terre, Garfagnana, Montecatini Terme. . Guest access Indipendent access to the house.
