Surfer’s Refuge

Surfers refuge!! Beaut spot at wainui for wave riders or wayfarers. Separate entrance, bedroom, bathroom and toilet: it’s all yours for your stay. Relaxed, easygoing, clean and cosy. Use the Spa in the evenings too, or after surfing and swimming. Wifi etc.. can use shared kitchen & living space too. Best of both worlds here - sea at end of driveway and Gisborne city 7 minutes away. The space Set in Native trees, up a long drive across the road from Wainui beach, this is a peaceful, natural place to rest, explore and relax. Guest access There is a large deck around the house which can be used. The living room and kitchen area can also be accessed. There is a door separating the guest bedroom, toilet and bathroom from the general living area, so privacy is assured for guests. The kitchen area is fairly small and possibly better used for snacks or drinks than full meal preparation. Other things to note There is no disabled access. The drive way up to my place is gravel and can be fairly bumpy. If you are made uncomfortable by unmown lawns, then this Place may not suit you. I have a very small no- mow Meadow..
