One double bedroom is on the ground floor with bedside cabinets and dressing table as well as built-in wardrobes. There is a one shower with toilette on ground floor too. Another very specious double bedroom with an ensite shower with separate closet area, 2 single bedrooms and a family bathroom are on the second floor. All bedrooms have an access to covered with pergola veranda with beautiful sea view. There are air conditions in all rooms. This beautiful villa is only 6-7 minutes walk to various amenities. Other things to note 200 kw/h OF ELECTRICITY PER WEEK IS FREE OF CHARGE. OVER 200 kw electricity consumption is charged upon departure at the rate of 0.35 € per kw/h always according to the meter reading. Bed line, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Free Internet/Wifi Water is heated automatically with solar panels. On a cold not sunny day there is boiler switch to heat the water. Please do not throw papers down the toilet, use the bins provided. When guests move the furniture, they are kindly asked to return them back to its original place. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Additional Rules: Please be aware of there before you come 1. TOWELS AND BED LINEN - Please take care of towels and bed linen. Towels only used for body. NO nail polish, NO make up/ lipstick, NO blood, NO food stains. Bath towels are forbidden to be taken out for swimming or any outside purpose. Damage and lost of the towels cost 10 euros for each piece. Damage of bed linen cost 25 euros set. 2. DAMAGE - Please inform us if any of product broken during your stay before you check out. We shall not fine you (unless big damage). Eg. cups, glasses, dishes and etc. but it is very important for us to replace them on time for next guests.
