"The Summer House" A log cabin in North Devon.

Nestled on the edge of Exmoor and finished to a high standard, the Summer House sleeps 2 guests in a super king size bed or in two singles (your choice). Offering an en suite shower/toilet and well equipped kitchen/living room. Outside is a private and enclosed patio/sun area and adjacent parking area. Less than 10 minutes walk from Combe Martin bay, cafès and restaurants. Located 1 mile from popular wedding venue Sandy Cove Hotel and also less than 10 minutes walk to The Arches Wedding Venue. The space The cabin is heated and insulated to a high standard, allowing it to be used any time of the year (subject to availability). What we provide: Bedroom and en-suite shower room. All bedding, hand/bath towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Hair dryer. Kitchen: Gas cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, washing powder, conditioner, washing up liquid and general cleaning materials. Crockery, cutlery and glassware. Cooking utensils, saucepans, frying pan and baking dishes. Living area: Sofa, dining table and chairs, games, books & smart TV. Outside: Self check in key safe, bistro style table and chairs and a retractable washing line. The Summer House is situated in a quiet private lane, 100 metres or so from the main road in Combe Martin, with an adjacent parking area and it’s own private entrance. Nearest small supermarket (Co-op) Open 07:00 to 22:00hrs daily. Nearest petrol station open 08:00 to 22:00hrs daily approx 1.5km. Nearest pub/restaurant: Pack o’ Cards, pub and restaurant, open daily for food & drink - approx 300 metres. Guest access You are more than welcome to park your car from 11am on the day of arrival. Please park your car on the drive between the side of the cabin (2 lights just under the eaves) and the large blue plant stand. For any assistance please contact us and we will be happy to help. Other things to note Park from 11am in your designated, private parking space! Early check in from 2pm plus late check out subject to availability. Please just contact us for the option of a later check out. The Summer House is very cosy in the autumn and winter but also a peaceful, tranquil paradise in the spring and summertime. It is very well insulated and the central heating is very quick and easy to operate. There is a nice secluded patio with seating and table for sunnier days. You will find an umbrella for the table in the cupboard along with the hoover and iron. We provide clean bedding and fresh bath towels (please bring your own beach towels). All kitchen equipment is there, together with a microwave. Milk will be in the fridge, tea, coffee and sugar, a cafetiere in the cupboard. There is a folder with relevant information regarding the area, and info on the cooker etc. Some books, and games. The smart TV is 32inch which allows you access to Netflix, and other streaming services if you have them to sign into. Also music on BBC Radio and on YouTube.
