The space The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, complete crockery, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, and electric kettle. For your comfort, the studio has hot and cold air conditioning, blackout blinds, and sheer curtains. The bed comes with sheets, blankets, a comforter, and four pillows. Relax on the modular armchair in front of the Smart TV with cable channels. There's also a high bar for dining. The pool is located on the building's rooftop terrace. If the additional elevator to the pool is out of service, you will need to climb one flight of stairs. Please note, there are no sun loungers available. The pool is open from November 20 to April 30, from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Be aware that music from the nearby nightclub can be heard on weekends. Guest access The area is safe and always bustling with people. Across the avenue, you'll find a variety of bars and restaurants. On the corner, there is a supermarket, and right next to the building, there's a café perfect for breakfast.
