The space We offer private cottages nested inside areca estate, built with antique architecture using laterite stones, wood & mangalore roof tiles. The non-ac rooms are spacious and airy. Each cottage has a dedicated WiFi access point with 100Mbps fiber based internet. There is no TV. Guest access Each cottage has a private bedroom, private bathroom and private sit-out. Other things to note We have a strict policy on checkin(2pm) and checkout(11am) timings specified. If you need early checkin please add previous night to the booking. If you need late checkout please add next night while booking. This ensures that you will always get your cottage access by the checkin time specified without any delays or waiting. Drivers will not be allowed to stay at the property with this lister. Please check our other premium cottage listing if you are coming with a driver.
