4 double bedroom, self catering villa with private pool and beautiful garden on the beachfront of northern Samui. The White Lotus/Four Seasons hotel is on the same beach and can be reached within minutes by kayak for a relaxing sundowner! The accommodation is laid out within two self contained villas, each sleeping 4, perfect for 2 families or a romantic couple who appreciate the space. Full air conditioning throughout. The villa is well equipped and regularly serviced with its own housekeeper. The space Emerald Reef Villa is perfect for two families with a total of 8 guests or well suited to 6 adults occupying 3 stylish double bedrooms. The accommodation is divided into two self sufficient villas for guests. The main villa contains a spacious kitchen and living and dining room comfortably accommodating 8 guests. There is a large TV, desk and card table in the living area with plenty of seating. There is a ground floor master bedroom with a stylish en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and double sink. There is a second floor double/twin with en-suite bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, toilet and double sink. An extra bed can be made up in this room for a child. We also have a cot which can be put in any of the bedrooms. Finally there is a mezanine landing outside the second floor bedroom which is a great reading area. On the ground floor of the main villa is a fully equiped kitchen with large fridge freezer, oven and induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is ample cooking equipment and crockery for in-home dining. The Pool Villa is surrounded by a partially covered terrace offering a lovely outdoor seating and dining area overlooking the garden and beach. The outdoor dining table seats 8 under cover and is served by a fan and ample lighting. There is a built in barbeque for you to enjoy, although you will need to provide your own charcoal. Inside the Pool Villa is a two bedroom suite that can be set up as two bedrooms (one twin bedded, one king size double) served by a Jack and Jill shower room/toilet/basin. There is a kitchenette with toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave and hot plate as well as a sink. There is also a washing machine. All rooms are air conditioned. Both villas have floor to ceiling glass sliding doors which open to the gardens and pool. There is also a small house with bunk beds and shower for staff. The villa is self-catering and your rate includes all taxes, fair use of utilities, linen and towels, airport transfer x 2, cleaning twice per week, pool and garden attended to twice per week. Check in is any time after 1600 (earlier if villa is available), check out by 1000 on day of departure. Although the property is self-catering, we share the house keeper, Tuan, with another neighbouring villa. She is an excellent Thai chef and can be engaged directly to cook meals on a customised basis. She can also prepare breakfasts/clean on a daily basis. Please agree the arrangement directly with her. There are local restaurants in walking distance on the beach and, for a treat, the Four Seasons hotel is minutes away. The main town of Nathon is a ten minute drive or Jeepney ride and it has a good supermarket, fresh markets and souvenir/clothing shops. There are numerous spas nearby and we would be delighted to assist you in making the most of your stay. Guest access The whole property, including the garden and beach are available for guest use. There is private parking at the front of the property. Other things to note The property is our holiday home and we have selected high quality furniture. Please treat it with care. No indoor furniture is to be moved into the garden or onto the beach. Please do not smoke inside either Villa.
