Quiet time is after 10pm. •Use caution with porches, stairs, sidewalk, etc., they may be slippery when wet. •Use common sense when using appliances and tools in the kitchen/kitchenette. •We provide free Wi-Fi for your convenience. Any form of copyright infringement is prohibited. •A tip on hot shower. The hot water tank we have is designed for a single person. Please give 30 minutes in between for each person to ensure hot shower. • If you plan to use the fireplace inside the cabin, We recommend using Duraflame Fire Log. You can buy this at the local grocery store (Vons or Stater bros). it's easy to light up and produces less smoke. Feel free to use the outdoor fire pits in the common area. Regular fire logs would be ok to use here. •Close all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for valuables left in your guest room, common areas or vehicles. •Supervise your children at all times. •The playset is recommended for children age 3-11. Please ask your kids NOT to move the rocks around. Check out: •Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Staying beyond 11:00 AM is considered as staying another night; you will be charged accordingly. •Please wash all used dishes before you leave. •Clean out the refrigerator and remove all food items. •Leave ashes in the fireplace. We do not want you to be responsible for any fires! •Do not turn off the thermostat. Leave the thermostat set at 50-55°F to avoid the likelihood of pipes freezing. If the thermostat is turned off and the pipes freeze, the tenant will be held responsible for damages. •For check out, Please leave the key on the coffee table and the front door unlocked.
