A neat and cosy studio at the top of a 3 storey house overlooking the traditional village of Kritsa, with stunning view to the olive valley further down and the bay of Mirabello afar. The apartment features a double wide-angled window with light flooding the space while the olive green and the sky blue of the view outside fills up the room with tranquillity. Its own veranda has a satisfying shade and an outdoor table and chairs. The space It's a spacious 30 sqm apartment with its own facilities comprised of a bathroom with shower and hot water boiler, well equipped open kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave oven, toaster, filter coffe machine, complete with cutlery and cookware. The place is equipped with all necessities, from toiletries to bedding. Fast unlimited Wi-Fi is installed at the property. There is a steel double bed and an accompanied sofa to comfortably accommodate a third person. A small dining table, armchairs, coffee table, other small furniture and a fan offer a very comfortable stay to guests. During the winter the place is heated with radiators and a wood stove. Woods are also provided. Coffe and cookies are waiting the quests as a treat for a small brekfast. The apartment will be fully accessible to the guests together with its own veranda, as well as some outdoor spaces with stepped-down gardens around the site. The property can be accessed from two different sides where there is plenty of space to safely park a car. The management of the apartment is now taken over by Roula's son Nikos.
