Wonderful villa with private pool, set in Pollensa. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms ,one of them en suite, barbeque, wifi, satelite TV and air conditioning in all bedrooms. The space Wonderful villa set just a kilometre away from Pollença. It features a big terrace that contains a large table for lunch or dinner next to the beautiful pool. Amenities: There are a large living dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. The back door leads to the lovely back terrace, with a barbeque and a cute smaller table. Wonderful stairs lead to the first floor, where are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. Two of the bedrooms share a nice terrace with beautiful views over the countryside. The whole house is luxury decorated with wooden furniture and lovely details. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms. The central heating costs 1,10 euros per liter and is under request. This extra cost is going to be charged at the end of the stay after checking the tank. For our little guests we have prepared an exciting playground with a small wooden house outside. Bedrooms: 4.
