Private retreat 10min walk to beach

Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match. The space Private entry for guests is via the back lane where you can park your car. There is a double bed and also a single bed in the loft with linen provided. Travel cot with bedding, also available at no extra cost. Reverse cycle a/c and over-bed fan. Small wardrobe for hanging space and shelves. Desk for working at and small table for 3 for meals. Private deck with table and chairs gives a 'resort-style' feel. We have 2 kayaks available for hire as well. Parking in back lane. Double bed. Single loft bed. Travel cot. Bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels. Kitchenette with toaster, kettle, microwave, hot plate and small single oven/grill, full fridge and freezer. Pots, pans, salad bowl, cutlery, cooking utensils and crockery and glasses for 4 provided. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, jam, muesli provided. As little or as much contact with us as you prefer. However the flat is very private and we will not know when you come and go. It is an easy walk to the beautiful Umina Beach. There are two surf clubs (Umina and Ocean Beach), the Bowls Club, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets all within walking distance. The new recreation precinct located at the beach has a great playground for kids of all ages and is a nice spot for a bbq but also has a cafe and restaurant. Ettalong beach markets and cheap movies with a choice of more restaurants and cafes and the ferry to Palm Beach is located at Ettalong which is a 5 min drive away. It is a fantastic spot to explore all the beautiful waterways and beaches of The Peninsula including the exclusive Pearl Beach (5min drive or 30 min walk around the headland). Regular buses go from Woy Woy station (10min journey) to Calypta Rd and Elanora Rd (bus no. 55). Regular trains including expresses to Sydney (1hr 15min journey) and Newcastle. Drive to Sydney is 1hr 30min and 1hr 30min drive to Newcastle. 2 kayaks are available for hire as well if you have roof racks and ratchets. Parking in back lane. Double bed. Single loft bed. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the Offender. Heavy fines apply.
