Full basement 3/bed 1/bath Perfect for families

Perfect for traveling families! Our 1,200 sq. ft basement is all yours to enjoy with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath & a large family room with seating for 8 that is overflowing with toys from any Disney/Pixar movie you could think of. Only 25 miles from the greatest snow on earth, Little Cottonwood Canyon, Snowbird ski resort, Alta ski resort. Please note, this is the basement of our personal home. There is no private entrance, and you will be sharing the kitchen with my wife and I, but we seldom use it. The space This listing is for the basement of our house. There is NO private entry. To access the basement, you must walk through our family room and kitchen. Guests have full access to share our kitchen which is on the main level. There is no kitchen in the basement. There is a mini fridge, small microwave and table with 4 stools. The basement has 3 rooms, 2 with queen beds, and a kid's room with a twin bed. We also have extra twin mattresses and mats we can put on the floor if you need them. My wife is a major Disney fan and our family room and the kid's bedroom resemble a private Disney store. We have 3 super nice Corgis. They love all people and are excellent with kids. They will bark when the doorbell rings, but once you are inside, they will consider you their new best friend. Guest access You will enter through our front door, in through the kitchen area to the stairs to the basement. In the basement, turn left and follow the hallway to the rooms. The first room you come to has a Tempurpedic twin mattress on an adjustable base. This room is completely decked out with Disney/Pixar stuff, so it’s perfect for kids. The two rooms at the end of the hall both have super comfy Queen beds. During your stay We live on the main level and Wes works from home, so we are usually around if you ever need anything. Other things to note • NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). This is a residential neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. We ask that noise level be minimal after 10pm. We do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in a termination of your reservation. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding! • NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS - $50 Fee Per Guest not on reservation • NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ON OR IN THE PROPERTY: $500 Fee • Evidence of pets of ANY kind on the property WITHOUT our approval: $250 Fee • Late checkout past 10am: $150 Fee • Excessive cleaning after checkout: $100 Fee • Left items needing mailed: Shipping cost + $20 Service Fee • Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. • We provide complementary starter packs of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo etc. If extra supplies are required during your stay, they can be provided for an extra fee. • Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property. • Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to additional questions as part of our screening process before a reservation may be confirmed.
