The space The 'Fries-Waddenhuisje' at the Vogels' Tun 115 in Tzummarum, of about 44 m2, was lightly and colorfully decorated in July 2017 with: • Cozy bright living room with comfortable 3 person sofa, armchair, cozy dining area, and French doors to the garden. •Large flat screen TV with many channels via the Ziggo cable, Humax TV receiver for even more channels, •Wi-Fi (via Ziggo) •Well-equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer, gas plate, combined oven/ microwave, coffee maker, kettle and plenty of storage space. •Bathroom with sink, shower and toilet •Bedroom with double bed with mattress of 140 x 200 cm, 2 spacious closets, reading lights and alarm clock. •Bedroom with bunk bed for 2 people (mattresses of 70 x 200), closet space. •The bedrooms have duvets, pillows and mosquito nets. •Spacious garden, with garden furniture and cushions, parasol. •Shed. •A combi-Cv boiler heats all areas and supplies the hot water. •Parking space at the cottage. •In the cottage you will find practical and tourist information. Including the beautiful Capitol guide 'Friesland'. Inspiration for plenty of experiences! Guest access You have exclusive use of the entire house and garden. Other things to note * You can bring your own bed linen or rent it at the park ad €10.00 per person per change. * You must bring your own towels, kitchen towels, tea towels, etc. * Cats are not allowed. Number of dogs in consultation. Surcharge: €15 per dog. * Administration fee €28 * Monday and Friday are the fixed changeover days during the high season. * Smoking is NOT allowed. * From 2025, there is a mandatory "city tax" charge of €1,- per night/ per person from 16 years of age. * Maximum rental period is 21 nights and may not be rented other than for recreational use.
