The space The outdoors provide a much needed escape into nature, planted with a variety of flowering, deciduous and coniferous trees, as well as gums and other native planting. A veranda and porch at the front and a covered entertainment area at the back provides numerous spots for a retreat. The indoors living level encompasses an open kitchen/dining/lounge, a bar area, a billiard table and a home theatre for an entertaining, comfortable and convenient stay. All necessities of a fridge, oven, ceramic cook top, range hood, dishwasher, microwave and kettle are provided in the kitchen. There are ducted air conditioning facilities and ceiling fans in the kitchen and bedrooms. Alongside the kitchen is the spacious sunroom (over 30 square metres) equipped with an outdoor dining set. The formal dining room allows for large families or friends capable to seat 12 persons. A wonderful garden and mountains view can be seen from kitchen, dining, lounge and sunroom.
