Cottage close to the Beaches

Our accommodation is located in the municipality of Saint Philibert in a quiet residence just 500 meters from the beaches. It is perfect for families with kids, couples and solo travelers. It is conveniently located to discover the port of La Trinité-sur-Mer, the Carnac menhirs, the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands, the old port of St Goustan, the wild coast of Quiberon, Vannes and its historic center... For the months of July and August, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday. The space The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine...), a dining area and a living room with sofa bed and TV. The living room overlooks a well-exposed terrace without opposite equipped with garden furniture, an awning and a barbecue. The floor is accessed via a staircase. For your information, this staircase is a bit "steep". Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. We provide a crib, high chair, baby bath, chair booster, toilet seat reducer and safety gates for the stairs. We provide bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. Guest access The entire house is accessible to guests. There is a parking space with the accommodation and parking spaces for visitors.
